Convenient location near Santa Justa Railway Station. Regular bus services to city centre. Good café/restaurant with tasty club sandwiches. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Big and clean bathroom. Decent breakfast. Excellent price/quality ratio. Shopping and affordable restaurants nearby.

Great value for money with clean rooms and a tasty breakfast. the location was convenient, being close to the train station and offering easy access to the main attractions.
The rooms were outdated and could benefit from some renovations. There were also some noise disturbances from the busy street outside, which affected our sleep quality.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the city. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet and safe area. We were also pleased with the variety and deliciousness of the food options. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to El Corte İngles and the Santa Justa train station.

The hotel is in a great location, with a bus stop just outside it, making it easy to explore the city center and visit the football stadium. It is also conveniently located near the Nervion metro station. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was a good size and had plenty of fluffy towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with options like cereal, orange juice, cheese, ham.
The hotel's bar and restaurant were not open during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The reception area was bright and welcoming, making us feel instantly at ease. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds that provided enhanced comfort for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was big and the cleanliness was almost tidy, ensuring a refreshing start to our days. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the mini-bar and the sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing top-notch service that surpassed our expectations.
